The Málaga CF players stepped on to the pitch at La Rosaleda’s Annexe at 10:30 this morning. Following the initial warm-up, they underwent rounds in a reduced space and training was then divided into two groups. One worked with Mel at the Annexe whilst Nacho Pérez supervised the other group at La Rosaleda Stadium.
In terms of names, the same players as yesterday were in action, as well as N’Diaye. The African player returned to the group dynamic that also featured nine homegrown players: goalkeepers, Carlos López and Arturo; defenders, Mateo, Recio, Jon, Moussa and Víctor Olmo; midfielder, Dani Lorenzo; and striker, Loren Zúñiga. Haitam is with Morocco’s Under-23s.
Under the supervision of trainer, Toni Tapia, at the Annexe, Luis Muñoz and Esteban Burgos focused on continuous running. Juande, Ramalho, homegrown player, Andrés Caro and Adrián (not registered) were in the gym to undergo recovery training.
Another session is scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, followed by a press conference with Pepe Mel and the announcement of the Blue and White squad list for #MálagaVillarrealB.
