The young team coached by Nati Gutiérrez visited the Municipal de Pozoblanco to face a rival they’ll be competing against in Grupo Sur of the Reto Iberdrola 20/21.
Following a pretty even first stretch of play, the locals took the lead before the half-hour mark with a goal from Felicité. In the second half, predominantly down to errors and pre-season fatigue, MCFF conceded another two goals. Pozoalbense won by 3-0 with further goals from Sana and Nora, the last just before the final whistle.
The Malaguista starting line-up comprised of: Andrea Romero; Ale, Yoli, Candela, Clo; Andrea Ríos, Buceta, María Ruiz; Natalia Padilla, Gabi Morales and Claudia. María Cortés, Arantxa, Edna, Estefanía, Encarni, Farfán and Marinam also played.
