Weligton receives one-match ban

Málaga CF’s central defender, Weligton Robson Pena de Oliveira, was given a one-match ban today, Wednesday, by the Royal Spanish Football Federation’s Competition Committee.

The Brazilian-born defender was given a yellow card in the last League match against Atlético de Madrid in the Vicente Calderón stadium.  This being the fifth yellow card for Weligton, he has been banned from the forthcoming BBVA League match against Sporting in La Rosaleda.
