Last training session before travelling to Gijón

Málaga CF trained this Friday at La Rosaleda Stadium, a morning session ahead of tomorrow's match against Real Sporting in Gijón.

After a video session, shortly after 10:30 Sergio Pellicer's players took to the main Martiricos pitch. The session included physical activation, rounds in groups, finishing exercises, tactical drills, and set-piece actions.

There were no changes compared to yesterday’s session, with 27 players available for the coach, including regular reserve team players Antoñito, Ochoa, and Izan Merino, as well as Juvenil goalkeeper Lucas Jiménez.

Outside the group, Dani Lorenzo and Haitam Abaida underwent specific recovery treatment in the indoor areas of the stadium.

This afternoon, the selected Málaga squad will head to Asturias. Tomorrow, Saturday, at 18:30, #RealSportingMálaga will get underway, corresponding to LaLiga Hypermotion matchday 21.
