Toulalan: “Our philosophy is to win at home as well as away”
The French midfielder, Jeremy Toulalan, spoke to the media this Thursday morning in La Rosaleda’s press room.
Toulalan’s statements:
(Adaption) “I’ve adapted quite well thanks to my teammates who’ve done everything to make it less difficult. I’m receiving lots of support from everyone at every level – on the pitch and in the offices.”
(The team and teammates) “One of the best is Santi cazorla, but the important thing is to work as a collective. Individual performances are important but only if they’re good for the team.”
(Match against Mallorca) “We’re headed to Mallorca to get a victory. Our philosophy is to win at home as well as away.”
(Debut in La Rosaleda) “All the players loved the fans’ welcome on Monday when we played against Granada, they were euphoric. And players always appreciate that.”
(Not playing in Europe) “Now I’ve got more time to recuperate, focus and prepare for the next match, even better when you were playing mid-week in European competition matches in France.”
(Differences in the league) “The Spanish league is much more technical, they take control of the ball and play around with it more. In Spain, the work of a midfielder is more important than it is in France.”
