The whole Málaga CF squad gathered in La Rosaleda’s press room this Thursday morning. Prior to the usual training session, judicial administrator José María Muñoz and sports director Manolo Gaspar wanted to congratulate the players for the good atmosphere and harmony that exists within the group made up of players and members of the coaching team, headed up by Sergio Pellicer.
With the aim of recognising the good performance to date, with Málaga CF currently in 8th position in the standings with 25 points, José María emphasised the unity within the dressing room as one of the crucial elements to achieving the goal of permanence. In addition, he called for the good atmosphere to continue, to enable the image of the group hug in the match against CF Fuenlabrada to be repeated.
With attitude, grit and hard work each day, the team can overcome the bad streaks that, as explained by José María and Manolo, will arise due to the difficulty of the division and the complexity of this long, unusual season.
Following this group chat, in which MCF reaffirmed the path to follow, the team resumed training on the pitch at La Rosaleda to continue preparations for the upcoming league match, taking place on Sunday at 16:00 against UD Almería at Estadio de los Juegos del Mediterráneo.
