One of the slogans of the Supercapacitad@s Football School is #SiempreFuerte (#AlwaysStrong) that Pablo Ráez made his own. Yesterday, that spirit from his father was transmitted to the boys and girls who make up the Málaga CF Foundation team with such a love and enthusiasm for life.
Supportive, kind, friendly, humble, a leader, passionate, brave… This is how the great Basti introduced Paco Ráez, The Godfather, before kicking off a ‘SuperTarde’ full of emotions. “Since I've been involved, I've followed you and I love being on your team,” said Paco, who wore the shirt of ex-Malaguista Charles during the remote meeting, a favourite player of his son Pablo, with whom he had a very special bond.
Paula and Óscar Talavera from the Supercapacitad@s couldn’t hide their emotion whilst speaking to Paco as they remembered Pablo. Busta dedicated the song Siempre Fuerte by Manuel Carrasco to him at the start of the session followed by a Christmas carol to finish.
And, of course, the joint gesture featuring the biceps for the cameras, so characteristic of Pablo, brought an end to a beautiful day with a lovely touch by Paco wearing his fireman's helmet.
