Debut with Morocco

“I’m thrilled I was able to play for Morocco.  Málaga is a great Club and playing in the best league in the world has given me many more opportunities to represent my country.  It felt good, I was very proud to debut for my national team.  I was substituted due to a coaching decision, but they told me I played well.”

Personal moment

“I just like to play football, whether upfront or on the wings.  I’m so happy with every minute I get to play, in whichever position the coach asks of me.  Perhaps my best position is on the wing, but I can adapt to everything.  Every match I play helps me improve, and I always try to assist my teammates and score goals.  From the start I’ve had a good feeling, so I hope I can continue to improve.”

Focused on Espanyol

“The atmosphere in the dressing room is good.  We’re focused on winning our next match, which is the most important thing.  Our mind is concentrating on what we need to do on the pitch, in training, playing, and in our next game against Espanyol.  We all hope to claim the three points in order to move up the table.  We must give 100 per cent in order to win.”
