Third session of the week sees Santa Cruz re-joining the group

Málaga CF’s first team was in training this Wednesday morning for over an hour and a half at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium.

The ball took centre stage in today’s session, which saw Roque Santa Cruz back with his teammates, training at a good pace as he gradually re-joins the group dynamic.  Boka and Ferreira still exercised separately from the others for specific training; whilst international players: Rosales, Horta, Filipenko, Cop and Mastour remain absent.  Reserve team player, Kuki Salazar joined the usual Aarón and Pablo Fornals in today’s session with the first team.

Javi Gracia was absent for the second consecutive day, with the Club’s permission, as he is taking part in the ‘II UEFA Licence continuing education course’, organised by the RFEF at their headquarters in Las Rozas, Madrid.  The Navarran-born coach will return to the Costa del Sol capital for tomorrow’s training session.

Málaga Club de Fútbol is back in training tomorrow, Thursday from 10 a.m. at the Ciudad de Málaga athletics stadium.
