Wednesday is the last day of the two-day symposium, organised by the Royal Spanish Football Federation, at its Madrid-based headquarters in Las Rozas.  The Club’s sports director and Málaga CF’s first team coach attended lectures on leadership, dealing with the media, and sports psychology, amongst other topics.

Some of the guest speakers at the event were Spanish League coaches such as Diego Simeone, Unai Emery and Nuno Espírito Santo; along with coaches from foreign leagues, including Pep Guardiola, Mauricio Pochettino and Julen Lopetegui.  This is the second edition of this prestigious course, bringing together directors and coaches from the Spanish footballing elite.
