Málaga CF made the most of their trip to Athens, and visited the Greek Acropolis this morning.
The group, led by coach Manuel Pellegrini, began their tour at 11 a.m., with temperatures between 38 and 40 degrees. During their visit of the Acropolis, the team also visited the Parthenon, as well as the Athena Nike Temple, and the famous Greek Caryatids.
Throughout their visit, the players, and coach Pellegrini were stopped by numerous Spanish tourists to pose for photos. The fans all wished the team the best of luck for tomorrow’s match against Olympiakos, and every success for the future.
Following their tour which lasted for about an hour, the team returned to the hotel to relax ahead of this evening’s training session, getting underway at 7 p.m. at Renti, the home of Olympiakos.
