The Blue and Whites stepped on to the pitch around 10:30, kicking off by wishing physical trainer Enrique Ruiz a happy birthday. As usual, the team prioritised exercises with the ball this morning.
In training under Pellicer’s orders today were 15 professional players including Orlando Sá back in the group dynamic. Injured Luis Muñoz and Mejías, together with Escassi (preventive training) remained in the gym today, as well as Ismael, Hicham and long-term injured Calero and Chavarría.
In regard to homegrown players, ‘juvenil’ striker Roberto accompanied regular fixtures Andrés Caro and Loren Zúñiga. Dani Strindholm, Ramón, Cristo, Quintana and Benítez were the reserve team players in today’s session.
Tomorrow, Wednesday at 10:30, MCF will return to training at La Rosaleda’s facilities.
