The Supercapacitad@s School, genuinely artistic

An expedition from the MCF Foundation visited Manolo Rincón’s workshop in Vélez-Málaga to enjoy a magnificent artistic session.

Following the experience at the Picasso Museum a few weeks ago, with the ‘Hablo el barro’ workshop, the Supercapacitad@s School remains immersed in the world of art. This time around, Cristian, Paula, Alba, Silvia and David were the lucky ones to enjoy this workshop by this Malagueño artist.

Accompanied by Lucas Rodríguez, coordinator of the MCF Foundation, and Sebastián Fernández ‘Basti’, from the Entity’s Social Department, they exchanged ceramics and clay for paint, developing their creativity through the use of colours. For this, our Supercapacitad@s had the help of a great artist, Malaguista and friend of the MCF Foundation, Manolo Rincón.

The players transferred their imaginations on to the canvases, expressing themselves freely and experimenting with the different techniques. The artworks will remain in the workshop while they dry, as does ‘Genuinos’, a special piece Manolo gifted to the MCF Foundation during the visit.

The Supercapacitad@s School continues to progress in various fields so that our players carry on their personal development. At the end of the visit, the Malaguistas signed their names on one of the workshop’s walls, after enjoying this new and enriching experience.
