The rival’s accuracy in the first half condemns the team (1-4)

Málaga CF Femenino lost to Madrid CFF ‘B’ at home in their third match of Segunda Federación - Grupo Sur. Encarni scored for the Blue and Whites in a match marked by the four rival goals in 40 minutes.

Juanma and Calatayud made their debut as first and second coach in the third match of the Segunda Federación - Grupo Sur, which saw Málaga CF Feminino host Madrid CFF 'B' on Saturday afternoon at the Francisco Romero ground in Rincón de la Victoria.

The Malaguistas started out with Andrea Ríos in goal; Encarni, Ruth, Silvia Mérida and Yoli in a line of four defenders; María Cortés and Felicité on the double pivot; Marilén and Olmedo on the wings; Nazaret in midfield; and Sonia Torralvo upfront.

The first approach to the rival goal was carried out by the Malaguistas, but the Madrid rival showed great effectiveness in front of goal. So much so that in the 39th minute they were 0-4 up. The 0-1 was the work of Pauline in 6', Alba scored the 0-2 in 13', Andrea made it 0-3 in 31', and Aina took the team to 0-4 in 39'.

Despite the demoralising, excessive punishment in the first half, the girls stepped out of the dressing room with great intensity and a renewed spirit. Juanma’s players went in search of the goal that would make them believe in a miracle, but it didn’t arrive until the 87th minute, when Encarni finished a cross from María Cortés (1-4).

The Malaguistas kept insisting until the end, despite the difficulty of the task in front of them, but it wasn’t to be.

MCFF have scored three points from the first three league games and next weekend will play in Cordoba against CD Pozoalbense.
