The Blue and Whites are now resting at Hotel NH Collection Villa de Bilbao, located some 500 metres from Nuevo San Mamés stadium, where tonight’s clash with Athletic Club is taking place (20:45), the 26th LaLiga Santander match of 2016/17.
The expedition, with sports director, Francesc Arnau, and Club advisers; Abdullah Ben Barek and Francisco Martín Aguilar at the helm, left Málaga-Costa del Sol airport this morning on a charter flight bound for Bilbao, to take part in #AthleticMálaga.
The first team players, who were welcomed by Malaguista fans on their arrival at Bilbao airport, travelled by coach to their hotel, where there was another group of fans waiting. The team will remain there until 19:00, and will then make their way to the stadium.
