The Málaga CF APP has been informing Malaguistas of team news for all our squads. The tool developed by BeSoccer, Club sponsor, offers all the first team results in real time, as well as Málaga CF Femenino and all the youth ranks within The MCF Academy.
365 days of life that show a balance of 21.174 downloads, the majority of which are in Spanish territory, but Málaga also attracts an international audience. The tool has users in the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France, Holland, Italy, Portugal, Brazil and Sweden.
A global following, which according to Google Analytics, has accumulated a total of almost 744.8502 sessions and nearly three million views.
Digital season ticket
One of the greatest advances within the Málaga app is the possibility to carry your season ticket permanently on your mobile. This system, a pioneer in Spain, allows fans to carry the season ticket within the app and use it to access the stadium. During last season, 3,742 Malaguistas accessed La Rosaleda using this tool, and there are 6.500 registered season ticket holders who can use it next season.
Live events
Another of the big attractions of the app is the option to see live events. With this, over the past season we’ve been able to see the promotions of Málaga CF Femenino and Atlético Malagueño, post-match press conferences and first team pre-season games.
Competitions and games
As well as knowing the complete squads of the different teams within the Club, the APP allows Malaguistas to test their knowledge via games and competitions in which prizes can be won. The Málaga APP also has a geolocation tool called ‘I’m at the Stadium’, allowing the user to participate in draws and competitions on match days.
