Julián Yuste Elvira was born in Castellón de la Plana on 02/12/1937. From the juveniles he remained within the CD Castellón discipline, moving up to the first team in 1956.
Yuste, who played as a forward, signed to CD Málaga from the Castellón side in the 1958-59 season, with the Martiricos outfit competing in the Second Division that year.
His debut as a Malaguista occurred in La Condomina, in the Real Murcia 1-1 CD Málaga clash corresponding to matchday 3. He played four league games and one Cup game, against CD Basconia, scoring one of the two goals against the rival from Vizcaya.
Once the 1958-59 season came to an end (with CD Málaga remaining in the category, winning the promotion against CD Castellón), he signed to Villarreal CF, later returned to CD Castellón, with his final teams being CE Sabadell and UD Alzira (where he retired in 1965).
