Atlético Malagueño
The Malaguista reserve team secured a goalless (0-0) draw against Yeclano Deportivo, at the Ciudad Deportiva de la Federación, in the first leg of the promotion playoffs to Second Division B. Dely Valdés’ boys dominated play from start to finish but didn’t manage to net a goal. There’s everything to play for in the second leg (Sunday 27th May at 18:45 at Estadio La Constitución).
Juvenil DH
The MCF Academy team was knocked out of the Copa del Rey in the second leg of the round of 16, after losing 1-2 to Valencia CF. In the first leg, David Cabello’s boys suffered a 2-0 defeat. The Juvenil DH bring an end to a very good season, winning the league title ahead of Real Betis, San Félix and Sevilla FC.
