Sergio Sánchez: “It’s very difficult to get there and now we have to defend it”
The Málaga defender Sergio Sánchez spoke to the Club’s official website and analysed tomorrow’s match against Zaragoza.
Sergio Sánchez’s statements:
(Playing). “I principle, I think that with Jesús Gamez’s injury I’ve got more chances and I hope that it all comes good for me. I’m working and training very well. Jesús is playing well, this is a long-term project, and now it’s my turn to try and enjoy some football as I’ve had it a bit rough. But I have the group, the team and the city to do it.”
(Zaragoza). “It’s very difficult to get there and now we have to defend it, and think each week about getting those three points. We’re going to try and get the first score sooner rather than later. Zaragoza usually plays well at home, with dynamic, agile players. They’ll be a tough team, but we shouldn’t forget about the potential of Málaga’s attack. To get the points, you begin to defend and attack and in every match the ball must be in Málaga’s possession; that way the opponent can cause less damage, that’s what we need to carry on doing.”
