Apart from the player himself, also attending were Blue and Whites board adviser Abdallah Ben Barek, president of the supporter’s club federation, Miguel Molina, and the Fuengirola sports councillor, Pedro Cuevas.  As a gesture of appreciation to the supporters’ club, Málaga CF presented the members with a shirt signed by all the first team players.  
 
Previously, the supporters’ club has awarded this trophy to Willy Caballero, Weligton and Jesús Gámez, amongst others, but on this occasion wanted to recognised the courage demonstrated out on the pitch by Seba Fernández.  To show his thanks, the Malaguista players gave a short appreciative speech and posed for photos with those in attendance.
