Santander and Almería, beginning and end of 19-20 season

This afternoon the RFEF announced the LaLiga 1|2|3 match fixtures for the 2019/20 season. Málaga CF kicks off and ends the campaign away from La Rosaleda.

Víctor Sánchez del Amo’s men will debut the weekend of 18th August (time and date to be confirmed), at El Sardinero, against newly promoted Real Racing Club de Santander. The season debut at home will be on matchday 2 against UD Las Palmas.

The first Andalusian derby will take place at La Rosaleda on matchday 4 against UD Almería. On matchdays 9 and 10, there are two consecutive away games in Aragón, against Zaragoza and Huesca. The first round of the competition will come to an end at Martiricos, against CD Lugo, to bid farewell to 2019.

Following the winter break, the second round of the competition will kick off in Asturias, away to Real Oviedo on matchday 22. In the final stage of the season, seven of the last 12 matches will be played at La Rosaleda stadium. Albacete BP (matchday 38), RC Deportivo (matchday 39) and AD Alcorcón (matchday 41) are the last home games before ending the 19/20 season away from home. The final match, at the end of May 2020, will be an exciting regional duel in Almería.
