Castillejo, who was part of the bronze team in 2012/13 when he was in the ‘Juvenil’ category, this season has moved to the First Division where he has taken part in a total of 32 matches, scored one goal, given five assists and has contributed in defence with 120 recoveries. His good performance on the pitch has also seen him called-up to join Spain’s under-21s.
In recent seasons, Málaga CF has had a player in the fantasy football team; last year it was Sergi Darder – Juanmi was in the bronze line-up – and the year before it was Isco.
