The reserve team coach analyses the possibilities of turning the result around against Unión Adarve: “By being humble and trusting in our work, we’ll have options”.
Grand final
“This is our last opportunity. We made our lives very difficult in Madrid, but if any team can show they can win by this goal difference, it’s us. I don’t think it’s such an abysmal difference, I believe we’re capable of winning a match by 2-0. We are aware of the significance of the rival scoring, but we’re confident in playing a good game and having a bit of luck”.
Comeback
“I think if a team can come back from being 2-0 down, it’s us. It’s not something we haven’t done all season, we’re used to doing it, and it’s not such a massive disadvantage. We must keep calm, the two goals could come at any time, and during any attack, this team can do a lot of damage. From there we need to defend, know what the rival is doing and take into account that any team can cause trouble”.
Possibilities
“By being humble and trusting in our work, we’ll have options. It will depend a little on the goddess of fortune, who I think is being rather elusive! Hopefully this time will be our big chance”.
State of mind
“The players are doing very well. We are the ones who believe the most. They are looking forward to Saturday and playing a great game, hoping to generate lots of scoring opportunities and converting them”.
Trusting in our work
“We have to play the way we’re used to playing. They’ll do their job, but we usually find solutions, we’ve worked on that. I’m not too concerned about the rival’s approach, we must be ready to overcome it and create chances with any system of play they present us with”.
