Rodri Zalazar has become a regular fixture within Uruguay’s youth categories. The homegrown midfielder, who is currently in training under the orders of Dely Valdés with Atlético Malagueño, will compete in the prestigious COTIF La Alcudia U-20 Tournament (known as ‘Mini Mundial Sub-20’) which forms part of the preparation for the South American Conmebol Tournament.
The MCF Academy player will be with his Uruguay national teammates from 28th July until 8th August in La Alcudia in Valencia.
In total there will be 12 days of competition and 23 matches played. National squads from Argentina, Russia, Morocco, Venezuela, Qatar, India and Mauritania, plus regional teams from Valencia and Murcia will be competing against Uruguay for the title.
