The Malaguista squad completed its first and only training session scheduled for today, following double sessions on Wednesday and Thursday. Goalkeeper, Munir started working in the gym and later moved on to the pitch at La Rosaleda’s Annexe to train under the orders of goalkeeping coach, Toni Mengual.
Defenders, Ignasi Miquel, Diego González and Rosales, and striker, Michael Santos, started the session in the gym and subsequently stepped on to the pitch to undergo specific work alongside trainer, Manu Gestoso. Juanpi, Koné, Mikel and Rolón focused on preventive work in the gym.
Homegrown players, Abqar, Harper, Iván Rodríguez, Juan Cruz, Ian, Kellyan and Gonzalo (the latter two, goalkeepers) trained under the orders of Muñiz.
The team will return to training tomorrow morning, Saturday (09:00) and in the afternoon will complete in a closed friendly match against CF Extremadura.
