With little under a month to go until the League gets underway, Málaga CF has various preparation matches coming up. The following friendlies are confirmed:
21 July
A closed match taking place in Coín, Málaga CF will face Extremadura Unión Deportiva. The team, recently moved up to LaLiga1|2|3, will be the Blue and Whites’ next rival.
Between 23 and 31 July
Málaga CF will be staying at Hotel Exe Estepona, where Muñiz will continue with the footballers’ preparations. Within this stage, matches against Real Valladolid and Almería will take place.
24 July
The third preparation match for Málaga CF, this time against Marbella FC, the team that will compete with Atlético Malagueño in Group IV of Second Division B. The match will take place at Marbella Football Center at 19:30.
27 July
The next test for Málaga CF will be against one of the teams recently promoted to LaLiga Santander, Real Valladolid. The match will be held at Marbella Football Center at 19:30, with the new addition of VAR.
31 July
Four days after the match against Pucela, and to end the concentration in Estepona, Muñiz’s men will be in action again at Marbella Football Center at 19:30 against Almería.
8 August
The penultimate test before the League kicks off will be against Mallorca. The match against this rival, recently promoted to LaLiga1|2|3, will be held at the Municipal Stadium in Marbella, the time has not yet been confirmed.
