The Málaga CF squad returned to training this Saturday morning at La Rosaleda’s facilities. This afternoon, a closed friendly match is taking place against CF Extremadura.

The Blue and Whites stepped on to the pitch at the Annexe at 9am. Under 30-degree heat, the players kicked off the session with a warm-up and various physical exercises, before rehearsing finishing exercises.

Goalkeeper Munir completed his second session under the orders of Muñiz, together with Andrés Prieto and Kellyan. Koné, Michael Santos, Mikel Villanueva, Rolón and Juanpi remained in the gym, with all four undergoing preventive work.

Homegrown players, Harper, Ian, Iván Rodríguez, Abqar, Juan Cruz and Kellyan were again part of first team training, the same as yesterday.

The team is taking part in a closed friendly this afternoon against CF Extremadura, in Coín. Another double training session is scheduled for tomorrow (9am and 7pm).
