Roberto Fernández Jaén is a young striker who trained within the MCF Academy, where he arrived at ‘Juvenil’ age (2018). He debuted with the Málaga CF first team on 16th August 2021, on LaLiga SmartBank 21/22 matchday 1 against CD Mirandés. Since then, the forward has played a total of 32 league games and two Copa del Rey clashes, scoring two goals.
Roberto, who has renewed his contract with MCF until 2025, leaves the Blue and White discipline on loan, and will move to La Masía for the current season. The player will continue with his sporting maturity in the ranks of the ‘Blaugrana’ reserve team (Barça Atlètic), which competes in the 1ª RFEF.
