Unfortunate goal
“I think we had a very good second half, even when we were down to 10 men at the end. However, obviously the early goal, which was so unfortunate, did us a lot of damage. It complicated the game, but for me it was too unlucky an action to analyse too much, although of course we will. As we always do when the result doesn’t go our way, we’ll value the positives and work on strengthening them and using them in our upcoming games”.
Improvements in defence
“Of course, we're lacking goals. I think we were deserving, I don’t know if a goal or a much clearer opportunity. We’ll keep working on it. As I remember this season, it’s one of the days where I’ve had the least work. This says a lot about the team too, that we’ve improved defensively, but it needs to serve to help us score points”.
Playing at La Rosaleda
“Playing at home is always a plus for us, in regard to motivation and confidence, we just need to score points”.
