Ricca in group training ahead of #BarçaMálaga

The Blue and Whites’ winger re-joined the last session of the week, having arrived back from his international commitments. The team focused on a video session, possession and strategy work before heading to Barcelona.

Juande Ramos had all international players back for the last training session of the week, before travelling to the Ciudad Condal to face FC Barcelona.  Rosales, Mikel, En-Nesyri and Boyko returned yesterday, whilst Ricca re-joined his teammates in training today.

The session kicked off with a video session, before stepping on to the pitch at the annexe ground to undergo ball possession work.  The Malaguista coach then focused on strategy exercises on the pitch at La Rosaleda.

Homegrown players; Aarón, Kuki, Luis and Ontiveros were in first team training this morning.  Samu Casado was absent due to a sprain to his left elbow.  Charles, Weligton, Keko, Recio and Kuzmanovic continued with their respective recoveries from injury.

The team will depart La Rosaleda at 16:15, catch a flight to Barcelona at 17:00, and stay over in Cataluña.
