The last session for Míchel’s team before they welcome the Madrid-based rival to La Rosaleda stadium tomorrow, Sunday (18:30). The first team players kicked-off training with a video session, before moving on to the pitch to begin physical work.
Following an intense warm-up, under the orders of trainers, José Vallejo and Enrique Ruiz, Míchel arranged his players on the pitch to focus on tactical and strategic aspects.
Fede Ricca and Borja Bastón completed the session with their teammates, whilst Diego González and Cengo exercised in the gym today and continued with their respective recoveries. MCF Academy central defender, Abqar was in training with the first team, along with Mula, a regular face in first team sessions.
