Horta will be participating in the final stage of the European under-21s competition, in which the best eight teams of the Old Continent are taking part. Portugal, who are in Group B, will come up against Italy, Sweden and England in the group stage. Group A consists of Denmark, Germany, Serbia and host team, the Czech Republic.
