Training kicked off around 10:30, focused on technical-tactical work with the ball and a mini-match using three-quarters of the pitch. Luis Muñoz retired from the session early and this afternoon will undergo tests on his left knee.
Chavarría, for the second consecutive day, was in training at a good pace and continues with his reintegration into the group dynamic. Calero, with slight discomfort to the right foot, underwent continuous running and specific training alongside physical trainer, Toni Tapia. Injured Hicham remained in the gym today (treatment).
As usual, five reserve team members were under coach José Alberto’s orders this morning: goalkeeper Santos, pivot Ismael Gutiérrez, wingers Haitam and Kevin, and striker, Roberto.
Málaga CF will return to training tomorrow, Friday at 10:30 at La Rosaleda’s facilities.
