The penultimate training session of the week for Málaga Club de Fútbol's first team, held at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium, this Saturday morning.

24 players took part in the session, starting with physical and technical exercises, ball work, defence and attack exercises and shooting practice.

As well as long term injured players, Baptista, Toulalan and Caballero, the only absentee was Joris Mathijsen, who’s suffering from a grade I-II left quadriceps injury.

Carlos Kameni, Rubén and Atlético Malagueno’s Toni, the only reserve in this session, worked alongside goalkeeping coach Xabi Mancisidor.

The Málaga side returns to a closed training session tomorrow at La Rosaleda, taking place just before coach Manuel Pellegrini announces the team line-up for Monday’s match against C.A. Osasuna, at 9pm.
