Rainy final training session before heading to Castellón
The team returned to training this Friday morning on the main pitch at the Federación Malagueña de Fútbol ground. This afternoon, the lads will travel to Castellón ahead of tomorrow’s #CDCastellónMálaga clash.
On this rainy morning, Sergio Pellicer’s team finalised preparations for the upcoming game, prioritising tactical and strategy work with the ball.
Available to the coach were all the latest signings, except Jozabed, plus the usual homegrown players from the MCF Academy who took part in preseason training with the first team.
The called-up Blue and White players will depart La Roslaeda at 17:00 and will travel to Castellón a charter flight. Tomorrow, Saturday, the second match of the LaLiga SmartBank season will get underway at the Nou Castalia (18:15). The team will fly back to Málaga in the evening after the match.
