Málaga CF – Cacereño Femenino Atlético ‘B’ match preview
Málaga CF will host Cacereño Atlético’s reserve team on matchday 13 of the league. It will be the final official match of 2025 for the Blue and White women’s side, kicking-off on Saturday at 18:00.
The facilities of the Ciudad Deportiva Fundación MCF will host a new Group 3 Segunda Federación fixture, in which Héctor Díaz’s players will be looking for their sixth consecutive victory in the competition.
The Malaguistas arrive at the match in excellent form, sitting 4th in the table with 22 points, while the Cacereño side occupy 10th place with 16 points. The clash will close out the first half of the season, which will resume in January after the traditional winter break.
Opposite them, Cacereño “B” come into the match having won their last two games; 2-1 at home last week against SD Fundación Real Betis Balompié “B,” and 1-3 in their most recent away trip against CD Getafe Femenino.
One of MCFF’s strengths is their defensive performance. In fact, the Blue and Whites are the least scored-against team in the competition, with just 11 goals conceded. In recent weeks, the arrival between the posts of youth Spanish international Amor Leigh has brought great security at the back. And Jeni’s debut in Córdoba provides an additional rotation option in the defensive line.
In terms of scoring, the attacking trio of Alicia (6 goals), Arantxa (5 goals), and Elena (4 goals) lead the team’s scoring chart for a side in full stride with a single objective: to end the year at home with another victory. Vamos, Málaga!
