The striker regaled the 300 primary school children with fond memories, answered questions about the Champions League, and the children sang songs. Portillo, who took part in the official Málaga Club de Fútbol Summer Camp last year, said he really enjoyed the experience, and is returning again this year.
La Academia Summer Camp offers four sections, each lasting seven days, beginning on 24th June, then 1st, 8th and 15th July. There are three different types of registration, two on a daily basis (one including transport by bus, to and from La Rosaleda each day) and one including accommodation. Each section will be divided into age groups: From 5 to 7, 8 to 10, 11 to 13 and over 14’s.
According to the type of registration, prices for La Academia Summer Camp range from 370 euros for the daily inscription, up to 510 euros to include accommodation. The daily inscription including transport (La Rosaleda – Hotel Sol Andalusí – La Rosaleda) is priced at 430 euros.
