Penultimate session of the week with various absences

Málaga Club de Fútbol’s first team trained for another day at the Ciudad de Málaga athletics stadium, in what was the penultimate session of the week before they take on Real Sociedad on Sunday in the next league match.

The Málaga squad began the session with the usual physical and technical exercises with and without the ball, before carrying out other activities such as rounds and shooting.

Brazilian player Julio Baptista, Joaquín, Maresca and Eliseu weren’t out on the pitch at the Ciudad de Málaga as they exercised in the facility’s gym.

Who was there was Jesús Gámez, who worked separate from the group training with the auxiliary coach, Enrique Ruiz.  The main positive news of the morning was that the Argentinean centre, Javier Malagueño, did his first training session with the group.

For another day, the goalkeepers, Willy Caballero, Rubén and Pol worked under the orders of the goalkeeping coach, Xabi Mancisidor.

Málaga Club de Fútbol’s first squad will return to training tomorrow, Saturday 3rd December, in a closed session at La Rosaleda stadium.
