Penultimate session before the match against Oviedo

Málaga CF returned to training this Thursday at La Rosaleda’s facilities. Four players were absent due to injury and a large number of homegrown players were available to Guede.

Following a 20-minute video session, the Blue and White players stepped on to the pitch at the Annexe around 10:30. Activation, initial physical work and technical training with the ball took centre stage for around two hours this morning.

Outside the group, undergoing recovery treatment at the gym were injured Adrián, Juande, Javi Jiménez and Jairo.

Under the coach’s orders were MCF Academy goalkeepers Dani Strindholm and Carlos López, plus reserve team members Ismael Gutiérrez, Kevin, Roberto, Benítez, Víctor Olmo and ‘Juveniles’ Loren and Andrés.

Tomorrow, Friday at 10:00 the team will return to training at La Rosaleda. Then Pablo Guede will hold a press conference in the ‘Juan Cortés’ press room ahead of #MálagaRealOviedo.
