Pawlowski: “I’m a player with a lot of personality and I always give my all”

During his presentation press conference as a ‘Malaguista’, the young Polish-born player affirms: “I’m an attacker on the pitch and I think I’ll fit in well to the Club’s structure.”

Grateful for the welcome to the Club by the media, and answering every question with confidence, Pawlowski adds: “When the Málaga CF offer arrived on the table, I didn’t hesitate for one minute as it’s always been my dream to play in the Spanish League.”

Playing in the Spanish League will be a great challenge for Pawlowski. The new ‘Malaguista’ states: “There are many differences between the Spanish and Polish League competitions, but I’m confident in my ability to rise to the challenge.”

A versatile player who plays well with both legs, talks about his preferred position on the pitch: “I’m used to playing on the left wing, but can play in any attacking position.  It’s Schuster’s decision to put me wherever he thinks I’ll help the team the most.”

Both the ‘Malaguistas’ and the new Polish player knew of each other previously.  Bartlomiej was aware of Málaga Club de Fútbol’s interest in him last season, and he followed the Blue and Whites’ throughout the UEFA Champions League: “They were a minute away from reaching the Champions semi-finals, playing a team containing three Polish-born players.  I’d like to reach this level, and hope to do so here with Málaga.”

At the end of the press conference, the ‘Malaguista’ went on to the pitch at La Rosaleda to show off his ball skills in front of his new fans.  He then presented the crowd with the ball.
