Pacheco: “I feel comfortable, but I can give more”

The Blue and Whites’ player attended to the media earlier today at Finca ‘La Tosca’ in Churriana. “I’m trying to make the most of every minute, as are my teammates”, he stated.

Level and fans

“As a boy here in Málaga one dreams of these moments; playing for Málaga CF, performing well and being recognised by the fans. I’m grateful to the supporters, there’s a long way to go yet and from a personal aspect I need to keep improving with every match, each week, to be at my best level, if possible, in every match”.

Personal situation

“We must follow this line of work. When it’s my turn to sit on the side lines, I’ll support from the outside, awaiting my opportunity. Now that I’ve played again, I’m trying to make the most of every minute, as are my teammates”.

Daily work

“I can give much more. The other day I felt comfortable, but I’m capable of giving more. I work for this every week in training, it’s important physically to feel comfortable with the ball and then you can help the team and your teammates”.

Category

“We don’t understand that we have any problems. Away from home few teams win. Having two consecutive defeats in this league is something that can happen. During the times I’ve competed in this category, there have been many games without a win, many with a win, and in the end the objective was achieved”:

Winning away from home

“I know the category, we’re doing a great job keeping a fairly regular line. Hopefully we can secure another away win before the Christmas break and leave with positive feelings”.

Reus

“That teammates have their rights, that they can compete, that they have equal conditions and collect their salaries, both the players and the club employees, is good news for our football, and we’re delighted this is the case”.
