Ontiveros unable to play against UD Almería

The player from Marbella was shown the red card in the last match against AD Alcorcón. The RFEF’s Competition Committee has given the player a one-match suspension.

Javier Ontiveros was shown the red card in stoppage time against AD Alcorcón, held at La Rosaleda, corresponding to LaLiga 1|2|3 matchday 2. The homegrown winger was given a one-match suspension, a sanction the Club will not appeal.

The committee said that “Javier Ontiveros will be sanctioned with a one-match ban for a violent action on another player”, as stated in article 123.1 of the RFEF’s Disciplinary Code. As such the Blue and Whites’ player will miss out on #AlmeríaMálaga.
