Haitam Abaida, striker with the Juvenil ‘A’ team in the MCF Academy, triumphed collectively and individually in his last international appearance with Morocco’s Under-20s.
On the one hand, he achieved the goal of qualifying for the U-20 Africa Cup taking place in Mauritania in February 2021. The North African outfit defeated Algeria (0-1, with a Haitam assist) and drew against the hosts Tunisia (0-0) and Libya (1-1), in the UNAF qualifying tournament for the Africa Cup of Nations.
On a personal level, Haitam was named best player of the tournament, showing his qualities: electric when dribbling, bold with the ball and strong at the helm of the attack. Congratulations!
