The Club’s judicial administrator, José María Muñoz presided over the meeting, with Rafael Paniza acting as secretary (Garrigues Lawyers’ Office), assisted by Joaquín Almoguera with Manuel Tejuca García as notary.
Also in attendance were members of the Association of Minor Shareholders, Antonio Aguilera, Jesús Burgos and Francisco Valverde, as well as Málaga CF’s protocol and institutional relations adviser, Francisco Martín Aguilar. In addition, José María represented NAS Football and NAS Spain.
Málaga Club de Fútbol S.A.D held the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, unanimously approving the annual accounts, the management of the Administration Body and the application of the results, amongst other factors, for the 2019/20 season.
