Fans and team
“A few weeks ago, we said that the Club needs everyone’s support, without exception. The team needs to feel supported, and we have to respond to that situation. We know there’s a significant number of season ticket holders, fans who are always behind the team in the good and bad times. We have to thank them for their support and show our appreciation on the pitch. Fans need to see maximum effort from the squad in every match, so they can feel proud of their team. If the work is accompanied by points, that will be ideal. Maintaining blind faith as we did the other day from start to finish is crucial”.
Re-debut at home
“You never leave here, even coming back after seven years you aren’t new at the Club. You realise the operation is similar and I don’t feel like the new guy at La Rosaleda. Tomorrow I’ll feel like one more pushing for his team to win, as another part of the Club trying to achieve the objectives. Between us all we need to accomplish our goals, tomorrow’s one being to try and earn the three points. We have to live with the responsibility of achieving the objectives from here to the end and know how to respond to it”.
Alcorcón, rival
“It’s a team with experience, seniority, players who know the category perfectly well, as well as their objectives and who have very clear ideas. They are a dangerous rival, in order to overcome them we’ll have to do things right and match them in enthusiasm and determination, maintaining patience for 90 minutes. We saw in the first match what the category will be like. That’s what we’ll always be up against. Tomorrow will be tough, so we’ll have to perform well and equal them in effort and enthusiasm”.
