Morning session with five new reserve team players

Málaga Club de Fútbol returned to training this Tuesday morning at La Rosaleda’s Annexe. Sergio Pellicer had a large group of Atlético Malagueño players taking part in today’s session.

Like yesterday, the second session of the week kicked off at 10:30. Physical activation, technical work with the ball, defence/attack in groups, mini matches in a reduced space, crosses and shots on goal took precedence this morning.

Under the coach’s orders were five new members from Málaga CF’s reserve team, Club Atlético Malagueño, namely goalkeeper Arturo as well as Murillo, Rafa, Issa Fomba and Chupete. Regular fixtures Carlos López, Cristian and Loren were again in first team training today.

Outside the group, Bustinza, Moussa and Víctor Olmo underwent continuous running, under the supervision of physical trainer, Toni Tapia. Andrés Caro and Haitam Abaida remained in the gym to undergo recovery training. Álex Calvo is absent on international duty with Spain’s Under-19s.

Tomorrow, Wednesday at 18:30, the Blue and Whites will return to training at La Rosaleda Stadium’s facilities.
