Eager to win

“We all want to play as soon as possible.  We want to win and establish ourselves by playing a solid, enjoyable match.  If I have the chance to play I’ll give my all.  We’re just starting this competition, against a rival at their home ground, so we need to impose our idea of play and try and secure a good result in the first leg.”

Hard-fought season

“We’re now facing a competition that can give us the fresh boost we’ve all been waiting for.  We’re just ‘getting started’ and we’ve got some difficult months coming up so we need to be prepared.  It’s going to be a hard-fought season and each member of the team must take a step forward.  I’ll continue as I have been doing, playing and supporting the team.  I don’t consider myself a starting player or a substitute, all I want to do is play as many games as possible.”
