Midweek action for The Academy and Juvenil DH

The Academy

A week of competition for some of the Malaguista teams before the Christmas break. The Juvenil ‘A’, enjoying their winning streak, once again returned to winning ways, and will take part in the Copa del Rey Juvenil 21/22.

Juvenil DH

Luis Bueno’s team defeated Atlético Sanluqueño by 2-0 at the Federación Malagueña de Fútbol ground, with goals from Loren Zúñiga (53') and Pablo Arriaza (67').

The Malaguistas, now qualified to take part in the Copa del Rey of the category, have accumulated 13 victories, five draws and just one defeat in 19 matches played in División de Honor Group 4.

A total of 44 points and 35 goals scored (Oso is the ‘pichichi’ with nine goals) and just eight conceded, sitting in the Top 4 of the standings just behind Sevilla FC, Real Betis Balompié and Granada CF.
