Málaga Femenino’s new project begins on Sunday. The girls will be in action in Ceuta against Polillas Atlético at the José Benoliel ground. The match, corresponding to the first League match of Segunda División Nacional Group IV, in which the Malaguistas compete, is taking place on Sunday 3rd September at 12:00.
In the run-up to the match, Malaguista players, Encarni and Sheila analyse the physical state of the team, as well as the rival.

“We’re a good group and work very well together. We’re a strong unit and will give rivals something to talk about”, comments Encarni, one of the veterans of the Malaguista squad. For her part, Sheila – the second signing of the season to Málaga’s women’s squad – affirms that “the team is very good, there are great sensations in training sessions, and we’re giving our all to arrive in Ceuta in the best way”.

“The match at Ceuta will be tough as the players are very solid in defence, but the fact it’s our first game of the season makes us eager to get started. Hopefully we won’t run into any problems in this away game, as we’re going to give our all”, comment both players.
