The Axarquía municipality, one of the most beautiful in the province, will once again have a large presence in La Rosaleda’s stands during #MálagaCartagena, in a new edition of ‘Malaguistas to the Core.’
In October 2021, the Blue and White campaign to promote the municipalities and towns of the province had its first star with Frigiliana, in the clash between Málaga CF and CF Fuenlabrada at La Rosaleda, ending in a 1-0 Malaguista victory.
They are ‘Malaguistas to the Core’ with Memory, Commitment and Faith. The Frigiliana Town Hall is the main sponsor of the MCF Foundation’s Supercapacitad@s Football School. The MCF Camp, during Semana Blanca, was also held at the municipal facilities of Frigiliana. In addition, a month ago, students from CEIP Enrique Ginés de Frigiliana were the protagonists of ‘Blue and White Values.’ Three initiatives showing how the town is deep-rooted in Malaguismo.
More than 200 people from Frigiliana, headed up by its mayor Alejandro Herrero, will fill the stands of La Rosaleda with good vibes and the best spirit to cheer on the team in the upcoming crucial duel against FC Cartagena on Sunday.
Furthermore, a personalised stand with local products will be set up in the stadium’s Tribuna VIP Area. Also, 11 children from the municipality will participate in the pre-match ‘Escort Kids’ initiative, accompanying the Blue and White players shortly before #MálagaCartagena gets underway.
This beautiful corner of the Comarca de la Axarquía takes over the baton from Torrox, the former star of ‘Malaguistas to the Core’ during #MálagaLevante in March, with the hope of repeating the winning result from its first time. Frigiliana believes!
